What types of organizations do you work with?
Manufacturers, charter school authorizers, intermediate school districts, and school districts across the United States. We are based in Michigan and work remotely with clients nationally.
What makes you different from a general data consulting firm?
We combine deep domain expertise in education policy and accountability with data science and AI infrastructure skills. Most clients come to us because we understand both the data and the context it sits in, so nobody has to spend the first month educating us.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope, and you will know the number before any work begins. Our core model is project-based with defined deliverables and a fixed investment quoted upfront. We also offer retainers for organizations with recurring reporting cycles, and advisory arrangements for those who need expert input without a long-term commitment.
There are no vague retainers and no surprise invoices.
How long does a typical project take?
Most scoped projects run between four and twelve weeks, depending on the state of the underlying data and how many stakeholders need to weigh in. We set deadlines during the planning stage and hold to them.
Who actually does the work?
We do. You work directly with both founders throughout the engagement. There are no account managers and no handoffs to junior staff.
